Rose Court Fire Restoration
This home was damaged by a flaming log that rolled out of an unattended fireplace. The result was fire damage to walls, roof, and floor, water damage from the firemen's efforts that saved the home, and smoke damage throughout the home. This extensive damage required the entire home be gutted, coated with an odor sealing primer, re-insulated, drywalled, and finished. Both fireplaces had to be cleaned with an acid cleaner to remove soot. All cabinetry was replaced. The result was virtually a new house inside!
Broad Street Two-Family Fire Restoration
This two-family home was also damaged by fire, water, and smoke. During the restoration, Ron met with the owner many times. He was able to completely re-vamp the kitchens in both units, still staying within the budget of the insurance claim. The result was a property that was easier to rent!
