Restoration of a fire damaged two-family house. Main floor apartment was the location of the fire, which started in a bedroom and spread when the occupants escaped through the front door. Damage to the lower floor apartment was limited to minor water damage, but insurance required it be completely gutted and redone. Only the toilet and shower were salvaged.
